We may offer a complimentary call for those who were genuinely interested in, and may be the right fit for our services. Users may apply for a call but a call is not guaranteed, especially if they do not meet the criteria (for example, they are below the age of 18, their challenge must be aligned with the solutions we aim to provide and they are financially secure enough to invest in the solutions offered. Alternative resources or solutions may be offered to those who do not align with the main programme). We may also reach out via email or phone (usually a text or WhatsApp message) for example to confirm a call or give next steps.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to be scams, from those who do not appear to be the right fit for the programme, and by those who are not financially aligned as this is a premium service (in which case we may offer free/more affordable resources instead as an act of care). It is made clear on the website that this is for financially secure people/those willing and able to invest for this premium service as unfortunately we can’t help everyone.

Functional Lab Testing

As a health coach with additional qualifications in hormones and health assessments, including functional lab testing, I am qualified to provide professional recommendations and suggestions on the various tests available in the market, their offerings, and their potential benefits to you as the client. It is important to note, As a health coach, it is outside my scope to interpret lab results for my clients. I do not analyse or explain lab results, nor do I diagnose or treat clients. I cannot collect or handle a client’s testing specimens.

Please note that I do not carry out these tests personally, nor will I be involved in the ordering process. The decision to proceed with any test and the subsequent ordering process rests solely with the client. The cost of any test is entirely separate from my coaching consultations. All tests are conducted by independent third-party providers and laboratories, and by purchasing a test directly from them, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. I am not responsible for any aspect of the testing process or results provided by these third-party providers. Where required to do so, I may work with a Nutritional Therapist, Doctor or other Health Practitioner to support this part of your journey with me.

I am not a replacement for a licensed medical professional. However, I can educate clients on lab testing and provide credible sources of information. I can also help guide clients through the testing process and we can use the test results to help inform the plan of action we co-create together. To support my practice and to stay within scope of practice, I work closely with Nutritionists and Doctors who provide the interpretation of test results.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Both parties agree to provide 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of a session. Sessions cancelled or missed without the required notice by the client may be subject to 50% of the session fee.
